It assumes a close relationship between the mental state and other dimensions of human life, including the physical and existential state and social relationships.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>What is the holistic approach?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Holistic therapy is not a strictly defined stream of psychotherapy. Depending on the needs, he uses the tools of various schools, e.g. behavioral and cognitive, humanistic or psychodynamic. The most important thing is a holistic approach \u2013 it recognizes each person as an integrated whole. The therapy is aimed at providing a person with support in building a coherent life and self-development.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Application of holistic therapy<\/h2>\n\n<p>Holistic therapy can be successfully used in various situations. It brings very good results in:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>emotional disorders, including depression,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>neurotic disorders,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personality disorders,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eating disorders,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>addictions to psychoactive substances and behavioural addictions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DDA and DDD syndromes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relational problems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>psychosomatic ailments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In addition, holistic therapy is a very good proposition for people who are interested in personal development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Holistic therapy is an approach that treats the patient as a whole.
