We work m.in. with patients with mental disorders, addictions and relational problems.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-rank-math-toc-block\" id=\"rank-math-toc\"><h2>Spis tre\u015bci<\/h2><nav><ul><li><a href=\"#zaburzenia-psychiczne\">Mental disorders<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#uzaleznienia\">Addictions<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#sytuacje-kryzysowe\">Crisis situations<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#syndrom-dda-i-ddd\">DDA and DDD syndrome<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#problemy-relacyjne\">Relational problems<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"zaburzenia-psychiczne\"><a><\/a>Mental disorders<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Psychological support is mainly used by people who struggle with mental disorders, such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>mood disorders<\/strong> \u2013 these are mainly depression, bipolar disorder (BD) and dysthymia,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eating <strong>disorders<\/strong> \u2013 anorexia, bulimia, compulsive binge eating syndrome, but also the rarer ones, e.g. bigorexia or orthorexia,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>personality disorders<\/strong> \u2013 these are fixed, rigid patterns of thoughts and behaviors, e.g. borderline, paranoid, obsessive-compulsive or avoidant personality,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>anxiety disorders <\/strong>\u2013 this group includes phobias, generalized anxiety disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>psychotic disorders<\/strong> \u2013 m.in. schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>neurodevelopmental disorders<\/strong> \u2013 ADHD and autism spectrum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"uzaleznienia\"><a><\/a>Addictions<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also offer psychological support to those who struggle with addictions. Psychotherapy enables effective treatment of addictions to alcohol and other psychoactive substances and behavioral addictions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sytuacje-kryzysowe\"><a><\/a>Crisis situations<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A crisis situation is a moment when psychological help is particularly important. We help patients regain control of their own lives and find a way to solve difficulties.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"syndrom-dda-i-ddd\"><a><\/a>DDA and DDD syndrome<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to psychotherapy, people with DDD and DDA syndrome can work through traumas, learn to express emotions in a safe way and develop interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"problemy-relacyjne\"><a><\/a>Relational problems<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The area of psychological support is also problems in relationships \u2013 in a couple or the whole family. In such a situation, we usually work with two partners or with all family members.
