This group includes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>weakened libido, i.e. a decrease or complete lack of sexual needs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>erectile dysfunction,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>excessive sexual desire,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>premature ejaculation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delayed ejaculation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"parafilie\"><a><\/a>Paraphilias<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paraphilia, or sexual preference disorder, means that a man feels aroused when confronted with unusual stimuli and behaviors. This group includes m.in:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>fetishism <\/strong>\u2013 a person with this disorder achieves arousal and orgasm thanks to certain objects or parts of the body (fetishes),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pedophilia <\/strong>\u2013 is a tendency to feel sexual arousal towards children,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>exhibitionism<\/strong> \u2013 means that a person gets sexual satisfaction when he exposes his genitals in front of strangers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Watching<\/strong> (voyeurism) \u2013 a man gets his excitement from secretly observing people in intimate situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"zaburzenia-identyfikacji-plciowej\"><a><\/a>Gender Identification Disorders<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gender identification disorder means that a man feels a discrepancy between the gender assigned at birth and the one with which he identifies. She can then strive for permanent gender correction or change into women&#8217;s outfits.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"leczenie-meskich-zaburzen-seksualnych\"><a><\/a>Treatment of male sexual dysfunction<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sexual dysfunctions are treated with psychotherapy or pharmacotherapy, depending on the cause. Sometimes it is necessary to combine both methods. In the case of paraphilias, psychotherapy is the basis, sometimes supported by medication.
