The most important rules are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mutual respect \u2013 provides a sense of security necessary to engage in the therapeutic process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lack of judging and criticism \u2013 you cannot speak negatively about other people,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>confidentiality \u2013 it is not allowed to talk about the participants of the group outside the meetings,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>honesty \u2013 enables effective work,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>real commitment \u2013 regular and active participation in classes is important,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sobriety \u2013 you cannot take part in therapy under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"korzysci-z-terapii-grupowej\"><a><\/a>Benefits of Group Therapy<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in a therapeutic group created by people who struggle with similar difficulties gives a sense of understanding and acceptance. It allows participants to exchange experiences and support each other in the treatment process.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, group therapy allows you to work on problems in social relationships.
