Why is it worth using therapy
Psychotherapy is an encounter – with another person and with oneself. It’s a space where you can see your story from a new perspective, understand patterns, and regain agency. Also in the IPSK method, we accompany this process with attentiveness, respect and professional preparation.
Every person who comes to us comes with their own unique story – that’s why we don’t use rigid solutions or ready-made work scenarios. Instead, we create therapy tailored to your pace, experiences, and current capabilities.

How we can help you
We offer individual psychotherapy and psychological consultations for adults in online form. Our qualified team has experience in various fields of psychology. We adapt each form of work to the needs, pace and history of the person who comes for help. You can choose the specialist you want to work with.
Individual psychotherapy for adults
Psychotherapy is aimed at people who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, patterns and reactions. It is work on the source of the difficulties — not just on the symptoms. Help m.in. in: trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, a sense of loss, inner chaos, difficulties in relationships and problems with boundaries.
Couples and relationship therapy
A space to work on communication, trust, closeness and functioning in a relationship. It can be helpful in crises, conflicts, feelings of distance, as well as in situations of change such as parenthood or loss of emotional stability in a relationship.
Psychological support and consultations
A short form of work focused on understanding the situation, stabilizing emotions, psychoeducation and support in decision-making. It is recommended for people who are not sure whether they want to start psychotherapy or need a safe conversation to sort out what is happening.
Therapy for trauma and experiences of violence
Help for people who have experienced early childhood, relational, family, emotional, social or violence-related traumas. Work is carried out at an attentive and safe pace, respecting the protective mechanisms.
Support for women in the perinatal period
and mothers
For women who are pregnant, after childbirth or in the process of becoming a mother – especially when there is anxiety, a feeling of overwhelm, difficulty in finding oneself or tension in a relationship.

I went to therapy for almost a year, Mrs. Paulina helped me a lot to get to know and understand myself better. I will not write about personal topics, so I will only mention that a great convenience is the possibility of meetings directly in the office and online.

I have a very good time working out problems with Mrs. Paulina. A specific person who is easy to open up to and who is able to express an opinion in a way that is easy to accept and apply.

A very professional and substantive conversation.

I heartily recommend Mrs. Paulina to anyone who is struggling with their various problems. I came to Mrs. Paulina, I think, with quite complicated problems, but after almost 2.5 years of therapy, I think I have undergone a very significant change, and problems such as PTSD and depression have become secondary issues in my life, which has allowed me to open up to people again, set clear boundaries in relationships, and also to be self-sufficient. She is a kind, understanding person, and also gives very valuable advice that left me wondering even after leaving the office (or ending the online session). Thank you again for !
