AUTUMN – FROM UNDER THE BLANKET TO YOGA

I don’t know to what extent you have observed this, but often the period August-September-October is a time when we forget to take care of our bodies. Usually for holiday reasons, new commitments, but also changes in temperature and light,

October-November, on the other hand, is the moment when we take out scarves, put on socks and sweaters or turn on the heating. We wait covered under a warm blanket, because darkness and rain make us avoid going out in the evenings or we have already unlearned it after the lockdowns.

It is worth slowly thinking about returning to self-care. A fit, strong body is important for the psyche and the ability to overcome difficulties. You can then find a backrest in it. We must not be numb for long.

What can we do?

It is best to start returning to exercise in your head. Let’s think about what we like, what movement we lack. Let’s watch or read something about diet or exercise.
Next, let’s take care of warmth, pleasant clothes, a mat. Let’s warm up!! Also, let’s not have excessive expectations. Autumn is not the time for super stretches. Let’s focus on fitness and health. If we have a rational approach to a healthy lifestyle, we will try to maintain an optimal weight.

Yoga makes us need more warmth and forces memory and self-discipline to maintain a routine. Also thinking about what I can really do and what is possible for me.

Therefore, the direction in yoga in such colder seasons is to make sure that we are well and positive. Remember that stress also has a negative effect on our fitness and increases the risk of damage.
So let’s keep the direction here: I’m only looking for good solutions for the body.

Let’s slowly wake up this autumn to good movement and fitness. Let’s remember — yoga is about fitness and effectiveness and awareness of your limitations. He can become our greatest ally. It is a beautiful system that teaches humility, because a person with his body and psyche in yoga is dependent on many factors. It is important to know about them, about your health and adequate capabilities.

Let’s take care of ourselves and think about what practice we are looking for.

So for now, we slowly warm up, move our toes with a cup of tea in our hands in warm socks. And right after that, let’s jump on the mat 😉
