Why is support in preparing for motherhood important?
For a woman who feels the desire to be a mother, the prospect of having her first child in the world is a source of joy and pride. However, motherhood is a responsible and difficult role that requires mastering many new skills and changing one’s life. The first meetings are primarily used to get to know the individual situation of the future mother, to understand her difficulties and the emotions she is experiencing. An important role is played by building the right atmosphere in which a woman feels free from judgments and can freely express her feelings.
Sometimes the inclusion of the child’s father in the process brings good results. Strengthening the relationship with her partner gives a woman a sense of support and understanding, which reduces many fears related to childbirth and motherhood.
